The Walky 8 Pool Super League is a monthly competition run in association with the 8-Ball Port Hedland Association, culminating in a Grand Final held in December.
League Format
The league consists of 12 tournaments per year, with one event held each month. Each tournament has a $20 entry fee and features a guaranteed $600 prize pool. Every monthly tournament serves as an official qualifier for the December Grand Final.
Grand Final Qualification
The winner of each monthly tournament automatically qualifies for the Grand Final. Once a player has qualified, they cannot qualify again. If a previously qualified player wins another event, the qualification position will pass to the second-place finisher, and continue down the placings if required, ensuring 12 unique finalists.
Grand Finals – December
The 12 qualified players will compete in a special championship event in December to determine the season winner.
Terms & Conditions
All matches are played under International 8-Ball rules in accordance with 8-Ball Port Hedland Association guidelines. Sportsmanlike conduct is mandatory at all times. Management reserves the right to revoke qualifications in cases of unsportsmanlike behavior, cheating, or abusive conduct. All management decisions are final. Delays or failure to attend scheduled matches may result in forfeiture.
